We’re a maker-focused market: if you grow it, make it, design it, bake it, or create it — you’re eligible to apply! Acceptance is based on the quality of your products, professionalism, fit within our market categories, and overall vibe. Nonprofits, educational groups, and other mission-driven organizations are also welcome to apply.

If you’ve already been accepted — welcome aboard! We’re thrilled to host you at Garden City’s most vibrant community market. Our goal is to make your experience smooth, profitable, and fun.

Vendor Code of Conduct

All vendors and their teams are expected to follow these principles:

  1. Professionalism & Respect

  2. Market Deference
Respect and follow decisions made by market staff — they’re here to help things run smoothly.

  3. Honest Representation
Sell only the items listed in your approved application. If you want to add something new, please request approval first.

  4. Cleanliness
Keep your booth and surrounding space clean. Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and equipment.

  5. Non-Discrimination
We are an inclusive space. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

  6. Safety
Vendors are required to bring a tent and table. Tents must be properly weighted for safety. Report any unsafe conditions to staff immediately.

  7. Compliance
Abide by all rules outlined in the [Market Rules & Guidelines]). This is a “living” document and may be updated. By signing up, you agree to follow the current version at all time
